Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a staffing strategy and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in 1970. In their development, the methodology of NLP can model the exceptional people skills and subsequently be acquired by anyone. This practice can be effective in treating phobias, depression, psychosomatic illnesses, allergies and learning disorders, among others. This is possible because, according to Bandler and Grinder, there is a connection between neurological processes (neuro), language (linguistic) and patterns of behavior learned through experience (programming).
