Penis enhancement is a procedure performed to extend the length of the penis and/or increase its girth. It is also used to treat certain malformations of the foreskin, and in certain clinical cases where penis size is extremely small. Surgery can lengthen the penis up to three centimetres and is conducted through a skin incision at the base of the genital organ under the pubic bone. Thickening surgery involves the injection of fat from the patient, or other fillers, under the skin of the penis to increase the perimeter of the member up to two centimetres. A small liposuction procedure to remove fat from the abdomen or thighs must be performed before it is purified and injected back into the patient's penis.
