It's called bent penis or curved penis to one whose curvature is too steep. There are two types of penile curvature: congenital and caused by the so-called penile trauma. As congenital, some men born with this condition which usually is only a cosmetic defect. But in other cases it may prevent the man to lead a normal sexual life, making the act of sex very painful. The penile curvature caused by a trauma, however, occurs to cause damage to the penis during intercourse, and may become permanent. The most common cause is the uneven growth of the cavernous and spongy bodies that surround the urethra. Drugs exist that can enhance this anomaly, which can also be surgically treated.
