Cervical cancer is the cancer originating in the cervix. The vast majority of cervical cancers are caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV). Additionally, there are other factors that can cause this cancer:
- Not being vaccinated against HPV.
- Engaging in sexual intercourse at an early age.
- Having multiple sexual partners.
- Having multiple children.
